Registration Form:
Not so sure you want to register your team online?  Download this registration form, complete it, and mail it in with your check for $100 made payable to Good Friend, Inc. to the address listed on the inside left panel.

Event sign:
If you have a color printer, print this out and put it in your coffee shop, place of worship, break room, or on the employee bulletin board.  Be sure to write your name on it so people have a go-to person nearby!

Event flyer:
Spread the word to potential donors with this flyer.  Also makes a great church bulletin or payroll check stuffer!

Fundraising sheet:
Collect pledges and track them on this sheet, which is to be turned in at registration on event day.  If you fill it up, you can always print another one!

PARTICIPANTS & DONORS:
See who's signed up to bowl, what team they're on, and how much money they've raised to date.  Bowlers are organized alphabetically by first name.

Let the good times roll

Good Friend wants YOU and three to five of your friends, family members, and/or co-workers to form a team for this family-friendly, Hawaiian-themed bowling event to raise autism awareness.  To get your team registered, select a start time in the Register box at the left and pay the $100 registration fee.  The registration fee includes shoe rental, snacks & soda, and two games of bowling for each team member.  Space is limited, so be sure to get registered ASAP! Children 3 and older are welcome to join teams as bowlers with proper adult supervision.

Can’t join us? Consider donating on behalf of an existing team! All donations are tax-deductible.  To donate online, visit our home page and click the "Donate Now" button.  Be sure to put the name of the bowler you're sponsoring in the Memo so he/she gets credit!  If you prefer to make a cash or check (payable to Good Friend, Inc.) donation, complete the bowler's Fundraising Sheet.
